Fuscony Bread
The original recipe from Joe Fusco’s Italian Restaurant in New Jersey.
Fresh Italian Bread dough stuffed with thick cut chunks of Aged Italian Pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, shredded Parmesan cheese, fresh Italian herbs and a savory Italian egg custard. Baked until flaky and golden. Served sliced. Buonissimo!
